ජලය අඩු කෝප්ප 5ක් භාජනයට එක් කර ලිප තබන්න. ( ඔබ කැමතිනම් පමණක්) සුදුලුනු,රතුළුණු,කරපිංචා,රම්පෙ ස්වල්පයක් හීනියට ලියා එක් කර ගන්න. ඇසුරුමේ ඇති ඖෂධිය මිශ්රණය ඇල් ජලය සමග හොදින් මිශ්ර කර පිසගන්න. (සිව් දෙනෙකුට ප්රමාණවත් වේ)
